• Yes, You can. Those are designations. GDS BPM – Gramin Dak Sevak Branch Post Master(BPM), Mail Deliverer(MD), Mail Carrier(MC).. First, you have to register.With your registration number, you can easily apply.

• If you belong to Telangana, Telangana is your state. follow your 10th class certificate for Board
