Sikkim PSC Recruitment 2017 – 12 Civil Service Junior Grade Posts: Sikkim Public Service Commission(SPSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of 12 posts in the junior grade of Sikkim State Civil Service as Under Secretary on a temporary regular basis.
